In 1988 Giovanelli Co gave a new aspect to the warping machines based on the
Numerical Control (N.C.), later developed and provided with an easier and more
personal managerial programme, starting from an experience of nearly 80 years and
from a particular care towards custom's requirements to cone fixed machines.
The new plants have been planned according to the "Client Oriented" optics, with a
particular regard to the ergonomic and reliability features in order to offer machines
with high profitability at low costs of management, by obtaining a considerable success
above all among those weavers working as outside contractors, for whom, flexibility
precision and reliability represent the survival on the market.

By pursuing this philosophy, the customer has the chance to choose
among different models and options, with the help of high skilled staff in order to
optimise the investment according to the real customer's needs.

COMPACTRONIC 2000 represents the concentrate
of Giovanelli experiences and it has been planned to be installed in those departments
with limited space and it is the machine with the most reduced dimensions available at
the moment on the market.

Suitable for the production of every kind of yarn, thanks to a sophisticated N.C. unit
(interface with a laser device), to the application of A.C. motors driven by Invertern
(device real beam9, brushless motors for the control of the reed axes and beaming
movements and to the availability of different angulations of the reel conicity
(of steel or of aluminium). These machines are able to offer an extreme precision
during the yarn winding phase and the section approaching.

The machine is made of a main structure, inside of it the following elements are positioned:
- Rewinding reel
- Carriages for guiding reeds of rhe section
- Electric and electronic box
- N.C. Monitor for the processing of the working cycles
- Beaming unit anchored at the main structure, wich axially translates with the reel, allows a perfect alignment of the yarn web during the winding phase
This constructive system eliminates any further cost for the machine installation
The steel or aluminium winding reel with a basic diameter of 95 cm - Fixed
cone is assembled on the main structure of the machine and it is controlled
during its movement and rotation phases by the interpolation of the X and Z axes. |
