The most important feature is the N.C. application, which
together with an electronic measurement device, positioned on the reed carriage
(with Y axis), receives and processes those necessary data for a perfect detection
of the warping progress pitch.
All this without introducing any data in the warping machine and without rejecting the
first yarn turns wound on the beam, as the calculator memorizes up to 6 feed parameters
and it identically repeats them for all the following sections, by avoiding any kind of
overlapping.
Laser - Further evolution of the warping machine "COMPACTRONIC 2000" is the application thickness laser detector.
This laser device, positioned on the reed holder carriage, during the creation of the 1st section, sends in real time all the detected data by the N.C. of the machine, to which it is interfaced.
This new application allows a perfect identification of winding pitch, as on the N.C. many feed parameters are stored, which adentically repeated on the following sections allow to get perfect warps without any intervention of the operator.

Electronically backward-moving comb carriage with equalizing cylinder compensating
for any changes in the yarn behaviour during warping, complete with a cylinder mounted
on load cells that, being interfaced with the numerical control of the creel equipped
with HZ stretchers, maintain threads constantly stretched throughhout warping. |
