The cylinder and guiding reed of the section, positioned on the retractile carriage, maintain a constant distance from the thickness of the yarn web, which are wound on the reel.

A particular attention is dedicated to the ERGONOMICS of the reed carriage

The structure is made of strong shaped sheets and it is complete of guides for the vertical sliding of the leasing reed.

The separating bars positioned at the entrance of the reed holder carriage are assembled on an appropriate motorised device and they allow the separation of the different floors of the creel and the creation of a swinging movement of rise/descent of the yarns in correspondence to the leasing reed

The swinging movement of the separating bars increases the duration of the reed and avoids yarn breakages due to the dent wear
The automatic motorised leasing device is equipped with reed, assembled on vertical sliding guides, driven by a self-braking gear motor and it allows the positioning of the reed in the following positions:

• High position (high sorting)
• Central position (working)
• Low position (low sorting)
