Compactronic 2000 is the most technological expression of the section warping machines of new generation. It was born to meet the most different requests of production of quality warping machines.

The main targets of Giovanelli designer engineers have been:

- the creation of a new machine, which is the concentrate of a never ending technological evolution of warping machines, which have been produced for more than 80 years;
- the realisation of an ergonomic machine extremely compact in the dimensions, in order to be located in departments with limited space;
- the simple use of the machine, by using a management programme of easy learning (multi-languages), which can be personalised (splitting of the working cycles - data setting, warping, winding, with guiding devices)
- application of the LASER DEVICE on the reed carriage, interfaced to the N.C. for a precise identification of the feeding pitch during the warping phase.
