Motorised Beaming Unit |
The alignment of the yarn web, according to the
beam, during the beaming phase, is constantly controlled by N.C. which allows the
unwinding with a pitch equal to the beam unwinding ones. You can store undetected
yarns due to breakages (controls); in this case you have the stop of the beam
rotation during the beaming phase. |
Motorised Beaming Unit
- Beam holder spindles complete of lifting device and unloading on the floor
- Motorised beam holder supports allow the beam centring and facilitate the alignment
operation of the beam according to the warp coming from the reel.
|
The Beaming unit is installed on the back part and driven by an A.C. motor,
acted by Siemens Inverter coupled to a reducer with arthogonal axes and equipped
with a reverse gear brake (by means of this brake, you remove the yarn
loosening during the machine stops.
A horizontal bar positioned along the length of the warping machine and
positioned on two sensor contacts connected in series drives the beaming phase.

By lowering the bar the working cycle begins, by lifting it, the beam stops.
At the same time, this device is an accident prevention protection during the winding phase.
A small pedal with sensor contact, which allows the yarn winding of the first turns at low speed, previously set, completes the rotation beam device.
