The rewinder on small beams used for ribbons is provided with two independent heads, in order to optimise the warping time and to produce similtaneously two beams which may be completely different as to size and yarn.

• Beam drive by means of independent motors and slipping couplings which ensures a constant winding speed (up to 600 meters/min)
  
• Electromagnetic brakes which act simultaneously on the pressure roller, on the guiding roller and on the beam to ensure a simultaneous stopping also at high speeds
  

• Interchangeable pressure rollers with pneumatic actuation to ensure a constant pressure on the beam, independently from weight and diameter of the beam
  
• Guide-reeds with adjustable zig-zag run from 0 to 4 cm
